Planned Daily Schedule
School is about to start and I feel I need to do something on a daily basis. So I decided to make a schedule plan I will try to follow everyday. Hopefully I can start early Monday morning and keep it up till school starts.
- Wake up 8:00 am
- Jogging for 20 to 60 minutes
- If not jogging, start the biking adventure to either different areas or friend’s houses
- Practice Piano for an hour
- Practice Kendo for 30 to 60 minutes
- Read for about an hour or two
- Bass warm ups and practice for 30 to 60 mintues.
- 50 to 100 push ups
- 100+ sit ups
- Create/work on photoshopping
- Eat three meals a day
- Meditate 10 to 30 minutes
Also I plan to keep record of these making what I’ve done and what I haven’t done on an excel spreadsheet. For some days (maybe 1-3 times a week), I will be going to the SJSU workout area if its open. Some of these might be reduced when school starts, but I’d probably see how it works out.
