First Time Voting

Today was the day of the election and I’ve voted for the first time. Its funny that I would’ve never been registered if I didn’t do Jessica a favor and register to vote for her to turn in the forms for class. I could’ve signed up at the spot, but I barely had any time left when I arrived at my voting destination. For me, the location of my voting destination was at my old elementary school, Silver Oak Elementary. I was pretty scared at first not knowing what to do, but the process was pretty easy and everyone was pretty nice there. I just had to state my name and show them my license. After that, I received a ballot to vote taking my time to decide which I would choose. Seeing my class ended at 6:45pm and with all the traffic going home, I arrived at Silver Oak twenty minutes before it was about to close. At least I wasn’t too late and able to submit my vote.

After the voting process, I’ve received a sticker, which I decided to add to my collection of stickers on my bass guitar. It still doesn’t have much stickers, but perhaps one day it’ll look like Jeff’s guitar with his multiply stickers of randomness (such as Hanna Montana).

An hour after I arrived home, the results of who won was already posted. That was pretty quick, especially when I just submitted my ballot.

Obama wins! Although, I don’t know about the props yet.
